Electronic Records Signature Disclosure

1. General

From time to time, SignedX Pty Ltd ACN 697 814 047 (SignedX, we, us or our) may be required by law to provide you with certain written notices or disclosures. This Electronic Records and Signature Disclosure (ERSD) sets out the terms on which we provide such notices and disclosures to you electronically through the SignedX system.

Please read this ERSD carefully. If you can access this information electronically and agree to receive notices and disclosures electronically as described below, please confirm your agreement by clicking "Review document" within the SignedX system.

2. Getting paper copies

You may, at any time, request from us a paper copy of any record provided or made available electronically. You will be able to download and print documents we send to you through the SignedX system during and immediately after the signing session. If you create a SignedX account, you may access the documents for a limited period (usually 30 days) after they are first sent.

If you wish to receive paper copies, we will accommodate that request at no cost to you. Follow the procedure below to request paper copies.

3. Withdrawing your consent

If you have consented to receiving notices and disclosures electronically, you may withdraw that consent at any time. To do so, follow the procedure below.

4. Consequences of changing your mind

If you elect to receive required notices and disclosures only in paper format, this will slow the speed at which we can complete certain steps in transactions with you, because we will need to post notices and wait until we receive your acknowledgment. You will also no longer be able to use the SignedX system to receive required notices electronically or to electronically sign documents from us.

5. All notices and disclosures will be sent to you electronically

Unless you tell us otherwise in accordance with this ERSD, we will provide all required notices, disclosures, authorisations, acknowledgements and other documents to you electronically through the SignedX system. To reduce the risk of you missing a notice, we prefer to provide all notices and disclosures by the same method and to the same address you have given us.

6. How to contact us

You may contact us to update how we contact you electronically, request paper copies, or withdraw your consent to receive notices and disclosures electronically as follows:

• To withdraw consent or request paper copies: email hello@signedx.com.au stating your email, full name, mailing address and telephone number.

• To advise us of a change to your email address: email hello@signedx.com.au stating your previous email address and your new email address.

7. Required hardware and software

The minimum system requirements for using the SignedX system may change over time. The current system requirements are available at signedx.com.au/minimum-system-requirements.

8. Acknowledging your access and consent

To confirm to us that you can access this ERSD electronically, please confirm that you have read this ERSD and (1) that you are able to print or electronically save it for your future reference; or (2) that you are able to email it to an address where you can print or save it.

If you consent to receiving notices and disclosures exclusively in electronic format as described in this ERSD, please confirm your agreement by clicking "Review document" within the SignedX system.

By clicking "Review document" within the SignedX system, you confirm that:

• you can access and read this ERSD;

• you can print, save or email this ERSD for future reference; and

• until or unless you notify SignedX as described above, you consent to receive exclusively through electronic means all notices, disclosures, authorisations, acknowledgements, and other documents that are required to be provided or made available to you by SignedX.

9. Compliance with the Electronic Transactions Act

This ERSD, and the electronic signing process operated through our Platform, are intended to satisfy the requirements of the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth) and equivalent State and Territory legislation, including the Electronic Transactions (Queensland) Act 2001 (Qld). Where you sign a document electronically through our Platform, you consent to the use of an electronic signature and acknowledge that the electronic signature satisfies any requirement at law or in any agreement that the document be signed.
